Your Career


Palo Alto Networks is looking for an Executive Assistant (EA) who can provide high-level, comprehensive administrative support to the office of the CEO. In this role, you will be reporting to the Senior Executive Assistant in order to support our CEO and drive the administration day-to-day operations as assigned. You will be expected to handle all duties with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.


This position is an onsite and in-office role at our Santa Clara HQ. The role requires an EA who has a sense of urgency, ability to exercise good judgment in all situations, thrives in an innovative and fast paced company, works with a high sense of confidentiality, and who has experience supporting C level executives.


Your Impact


  • Print materials for the CEO’s meetings and media appearances
  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours
  • Assist in organizing special events, holiday parties, and offsite engagements
  • Welcome and escort the CEO’s guests
  • Research Assistant (venues, travel logistics, and caterers) -Your enthusiasm and interest in arranging travel will make for an excellent experience for the executive
  • Create and submit expense reports for the CEO
  • Assist with making reservations and appointments
  • Represent the company and the CEO in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment
  • Assist with arranging travel, accommodations, and creating travel binders
  • Ensure meetings start on time and audio/visual is set up in advance
  • CEO in-office representative
  • Test audio/video conference systems daily


Qualifications


Your Experience


  • Travel coordination with private, commercial, domestic and international air travel
  • Problem solving before asking for help and tackling issues that come up in real time
  • Have background in VIP level service and support
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and commitment to faultless execution on tasks
  • 5+ years Executive Administrative Assistant experience ideally at the C-Level
  • Proactive and motivated to expand on current processes and build efficient systems
  • Comfortable working across many different time zones
  • Capacity to navigate, digest, and make decisions amidst uncertainty
  • Demonstrated experience working with GSuite, Adobe, Concur, Slack, and WhatsApp

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $88,200/yr to $142,650/yr.
