Job Description
We are a dynamic and innovative health technology company dedicated to empowering people to live healthier lives. Our company was founded in 2010 as a pioneer of digital health, and we have continued to lead the industry with our award-winning consumer medical devices and remote patient monitoring platform. We have developed a digital health ecosystem, the Unified Care model, which has been adopted by healthcare providers to manage chronic diseases remotely, and we have achieved significant clinical outcomes in hypertension and diabetes management.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we stepped up to support the fight against the virus by manufacturing and shipping millions of thermometers, and we have been a major supplier of at-home tests to the federal government, state governments, nonprofit organizations, and individuals. Our company is going through an exciting transformation from a traditional home-health device business to a nimble, data-driven, service-oriented, and outcome-centric health technology company.
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational functions of the Executive staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and invoices. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed filing and records systems, managing executives' calendars and schedules, and making travel arrangements. In addition, you will coordinate and plan events, workshops, meetings, conferences, and other activities involving the executive staff, as well as handle and provide written and oral correspondence and answer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have experience in office administrative operations, including maintenance of supplies and equipment. You should be comfortable with modern computer and online technology, video conferencing, data management, and data systems. You should also have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment using independent judgment. Additionally, you should have experience handling confidential information and demonstrated experience with recordkeeping. You should have advanced proficiency in Google G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Finally, you should have at least two years of working experience and a GPA of at least 3.8.
