- Hourly pay: $35/hr
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 9 Month Assignment, Possible conversion

- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, and implementing changes.
- Anticipate the executives’ needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing these issues.
- Represent the executives by welcoming visitors, arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the executive office.
- Complete critical aspects of deliverables and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining the cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem solving; adjusting plans.
- Effectively handle product-related activities and communications with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Manage logistics of off-site meeting and assists with any department meetings as needed.
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential; copy, review outside mail, scan and file documents, screen phone calls and visitors, update Outlook contacts, maintain executive files, arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings.
- Manage external contacts; proactively understand who they are, and who the primary contacts are and keep track of periodic communication needed for primary contacts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Enhance executives’ and the company’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Fluent level of Japanese is required to communicate with Japanese executives and stakeholders in Japan.
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and superior writing and report presentation skills are essential.
- Can operate independently and remotely from a supervisor.
- Demonstrated success where personal results and accountability are evident.
- Proficient with technology including mobile devices.
- Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- 5+ years of experience supporting high-level executives.
- A high level of professionalism and demonstrated ability to handle confidential information is crucial.
