Job Description
About Cardlytics

Remember that time you got cash back on a cup of coffee through your banking app? That was us!

Cardlytics (NASDAQ: CDLX) is the industry-leading purchase intelligence and incentives platform. We are a product-driven company that cares about three things: our people, our customers, and our partners. Together, we make commerce more rewarding for everyone by helping businesses attract, understand, and incentivize consumers through their banks’ digital channels.

About The Role

Title: Executive Assistant

Reports to: CEO

Location: Menlo Park, average 2-3 days in office per week

Cardlytics is seeking an organized, strategic, growth-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly with our Chief Executive Officer, Karim Temsamani, serving as the CEO’s trusted partner and helping accelerate executive team operations. This is a unique opportunity to play an active behind-the-scenes role in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with leaders across the organization and solving problems that directly impact the business.

You Will

  • Lead projects and champion change management initiatives: Identify, scope, pitch, plan, coordinate, and report on cross-functional projects that support acceleration of our progress against critical business goals.
  • Serve as the CEO’s executive assistant and primary point-of-contact for the organization: Manage calendars, communications, presentations, meetings and events, travel, and other administrative tasks, enabling the CEO and other leaders to work with urgency and focus.
  • Serve as a key interface between leaders: Develop strong relationships across the organization, solicit input, be a trusted strategic advisor, foster respect and transparency, and drive effective communications, empowering teams to grow and move in a unified direction.
  • Streamline productivity and drive operational excellence at the executive level: Track progress against business goals and key performance indicators, use data to identify opportunities for optimization and provide innovative strategic recommendations, and leverage processes and frameworks that drive efficient decision-making, growth, and accountability.

You Have

  • Experience in coordination, project management, and program management, especially organizing and directing multiple cross-functional teams at once.
  • Experience in similar roles at fast-paced, product-led tech companies.
  • Experience guiding performance measurement methodologies, pulling insights from data, and presenting data-driven strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, influence across all levels of an organization, align multiple stakeholders, build credibility, and serve as a consultative thought partner.
  • Strong business acumen. (Experience in advertising technology and/or financial institutions is a major plus.)
  • A proven track record of successfully managing high-volume workloads with urgency and focus.
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentations.
  • Experience in business management, operations, and consulting roles, especially those focused on executive-level advising, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

You Are

  • Passionate about the Cardlytics mission to make commerce more rewarding for our customers and partners.
  • A creative problem-solver with the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.
  • Highly motivated with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • An independent, empowered, resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and is accountable with minimal supervision.
  • A data-driven, strategic critical thinker with a bias for action and urgency.
  • Trustworthy, respectful, and integrous, with a high level of discretion.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000 annually, not including bonus and other benefits. Cardlytics’ salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay may be determined by additional factors such as role-related skills, experience, education, training, and more.

Benefits And Perks

  • Programs for spot bonuses, referral bonuses, professional development, special interest groups, and employee stock purchase plans
  • Offices in Atlanta, Menlo Park, Los Angeles, New York City, and London
  • Flexible PTO and paid parental leave
  • Healthcare benefits go into effect from your first day, including medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life and disability insurance, wellness and behavioral health resources, and telehealth
  • Company-funded HSAs, 401k matching, new hire home office stipend, monthly phone/internet stipend, commuter benefits, educational assistance, student debt repayment, Calm app subscriptions, and a "Lifestyle Spending Account" for physical, emotional, and financial wellness (like gym memberships, home down payments, art classes, park passes, and more)

As an equal opportunity employer, Cardlytics is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our people bring our products and organization to life, and every unique perspective makes us better. If you can do the job and you’re excited about growing with us as we scale our best-in-class advertising platform, we’d love to hear from you – whoever you are.
