Now, back to the role. You'll be working hand-in-glove with our founder, Michelle Martinez, aiding in the realization of our strategic vision. Think of yourself as the gatekeeper, the confidante, the right hand (or left, if you prefer).


Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Attending in-person meetings and events with the Founder.
  • Keeping a record of meeting minutes.
  • Championing process improvements. Efficiency is our middle name.
  • Taking a lead role in strategic planning and decision-making. Your insights matter!
  • Handling sensitive information. No worry, we trust you.
  • Preparing P&L statements. Because numbers are the language of business.
  • Managing Michelle’s schedule with the precision of a Swiss watch.
  • Traveling occasionally. Yes, we did say this role is exciting!
  • Updating Airtable daily. Keep track of all those action items!

Your quiver should have:

  • Proficiency in Notion, Make, Airtable, Transaction Management Software, CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Products. AI and automation experience? Even better!

  • At least a year’s experience in the real estate sector. A big plus!
  • A valid driver’s license and passport. Ready, set, go!
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • An uncanny ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.
