Executive Assistant I (Contingent)

The Amazon Studios unscripted series team is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the head of creative as well as additional members of the team in the form of scheduling, travel arrangements, managing expenses, phones, room booking, and research. This is a great opportunity to be involved creatively on the team’s shows and learn more about creating an Unscripted series from pitch to launch. Looking for a candidate who has a strong interest in Unscripted television and working on the buyer side.
Experience working in Unscripted television for 2+ years at an agency, network, studio, or management company is strongly preferred. This position is hybrid remote and in office work, based in Culver City, CA.
