Brief description
The Field Marketing Specialist will be creating integrated campaigns and marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer traffic.
This is a Remote position but, due to the Events, the candidate must be located in New York or California.
Tasks
- Handle on-site event management and supervise support staff required for events
- Track expenses in an organized fashion
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with hotels, venues, vendors, caterers, etc.
- Execute corporation's event and trade shows following company strategies in collaboration with other teammates, including the coordination of logistics such as equipment, catering, marketing collateral, promotional giveaways, and company travel requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure there is a cohesive and creative pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to facilitate event success and outcomes
- Produce various literature, signage, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
- Own the quarterly events calendar for internal and external events
- Oversee events measurement, including engagement, lead generation, return on investment, and report on impact of events as well as measuring objectives for events by type, size, and location
- Spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more
Qualifications and requirements
- Team player with the ability to be a self-starter
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in marketing or event management with the desire to learn more about Field Marketing
- Organized and efficient, able to develop and execute against a clear plan
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and content management systems (e.g. Hubspot)
- Able to communicate new ideas, products, and campaigns to both internal and external stakeholders
