POSITION SUMMARY
The Event Marketing Association is responsible for executing the marketing plan and vision for events, products, and services created by Conferences Connect. Duties include reaching out to current and future clients, providing hands-on support at events, posting content on social media platforms, and reviewing and updating marketing assets across multiple platforms. To be successful in this role, you will need to be flexible in day-to-day activities, thrive in an ever-changing environment, be a self-starter, able to work remotely, and be willing to grow with a fast-growing company.

OBJECTIVES
- Utilize our multiple online marketing platforms to achieve marketing goals
- Review all marketing tasks across multiple platforms for up to 12 events simultaneously
- Work with senior management to execute marketing vision and plan
- Participate in daily online training
- Manage a pipeline of prospects using company CRM and perform a daily review of leads and lead sources.
- Provide hands-on support during the duration of each event
- Document conversations in our CRM platform in a clear, concise manner so fellow associates can reference
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to create awareness for our events, products, and services.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
During events, have the ability to work 12-hour days and be flexible with job tasks.
Up to 30% travel
