Equity-Based Compensation Analyst Jobs

Our client, a highly regarded and well established Financial Services firm located in Midtown NYC, is looking for an Equity-Based Compensation Analyst to join their team for a contract assignment!

In this role, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting data related to equity-based compensation programs. You will work closely with human resources, finance, and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and help to design and implement effective equity compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to design and implement effective equity compensation plans.
• Evaluate compensation program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Analyze and interpret equity-based compensation data to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of equity compensation plans, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based awards.
• Monitor changes in relevant regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equity compensation analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of equity compensation regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
