Job Description

Our client, one of the world's largest hedge funds, is looking for an influential, articulate, and experienced professional to help support the year-end bonus process and annual total compensation reviews. This person will also act as the point of contact to employees regarding compensation related matters, work with consultants on benchmarking, and provide key findings to senior business leaders throughout the year. In addition, they will assist in the design of compensation programs and policies, maintain the deferred compensation program for the firm, and assist the Recruiting team with offers for potential new hires.


Ideal candidates have 5+ years of direct compensation experience at a hedge fund or investment management firm.


The firm is currently on a hybrid schedule with 4 days on-site, 1 from home and the office is in Midtown Manhattan.
