We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this position, you will primarily focus on testing and implementing a new compensation tool called Peoplefluent.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis, reporting, and reconciliation of compensation data. Provide recommendations for salary structures, bonus programs, and salary increase models. Utilize various sources of information, such as compensation benchmark surveys and industry best practices, to inform compensation decisions for individuals and company-wide programs.
  2. Take ownership of the compensation survey process and tools on a global scale. This includes managing data submissions, analyzing survey results, generating competitive analysis reports, configuring market pricing tools, and ensuring data accuracy.
  3. Lead or contribute to compensation-related projects, such as program design and implementation, external benchmarking studies, and promotion reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in broader HR initiatives, including Workday Implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical and user-related aspects of the market pricing process and tools
  • Familiarity with compensation market pricing tools such as EPrism (strongly preferred)
  • In progress or completed CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or other relevant HR certifications
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on compensation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying root causes and understanding their technical and user impacts
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of compensation market pricing methodology
