Epidemiology - Project Manager

Epi Experienced PM - Full Time Contract - US

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Epidemiology to join a boutique consulting firm on a contract basis.

Scope

Manage all operational aspects of the end client’s epidemiological research projects from pre-project planning to closeout, including:

• Planning project steps and timelines, including accounting for dependencies, and revisiting/revising throughout the project, as applicable
• Reviewing/drafting/filing/processing contracts; maintain tracking of draft contracts currently under review
• Maintaining client records
• Attending project meetings and drafting minutes, as requested
• Supporting the development of proposals for new potential projects
• Engaging directly with end clients and internal project team members throughout the duration of the project, ensuring seamless execution

Required

• Prior project management experience in the pharma/biotech/CRO industry
• MPH or Master’s degree in Epidemiology/Biostatistics or equivalent
• Ability to work under short timelines, and proactively liaise with colleagues in order to meet deadlines
• Adept at managing competing priorities efficiently and independently
• Experience using any/all of the following: Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Poll, PandaDoc
• Reviewing/drafting/processing contracts in a life sciences service provider setting, or related scientific organization
