The Admin Assistant will handle the administrative functions of the process automation department. This role will oversee the project's daily, clerical functions to ensure deadlines and requirements are met.
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Generate project budget reports for automation projects.
- Participate in documentation audits.
- Generate equipment order requisitions for department and project materials in the procurement system.
- Maintain department equipment inventory documentation.
- Track, expedite, and report out on equipment orders with suppliers on a weekly basis.
- Review quotes from external suppliers.

- High School Diploma, willing to learn and grow, trainable.
- Solid organization and time-management skills.

- Microsoft/Excel experience preferred.
- Data entry experience.
