General investment accounting knowledge or experience

4 years of experience in investment operations or middle office functions within the financial services industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics or related field.

Demonstrated experience automating complex reporting processes and developing best practices and reporting standards.

Solid organization and time-management skills.

Generate equipment order requisitions for department and project materials in the procurement system.

Track, expedite, and report out on equipment orders with suppliers on a weekly basis.

Maintain department equipment inventory documentation.

Generate project budget reports for automation projects.

Review quotes from external suppliers.

Processes cancellations on pay checks due to overpayments and/ or terminated employees paid in error with the approval of the manager.

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws (compliance/regulations)

Explains payroll calculations and deductions to employees, investigates problems and makes appropriate corrections.

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

Complete, perform and understand basic mathematical calculations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications; has previous calendar and travel management experience

Minimal knowledge or demonstrated ability to learn and understand HSCRC/CMS regulations, CPT (Current Procedural Terminology), and ICD-10 coding.
