Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW:
This position focuses on the operational aspects of sales management including; coordination of sales plans (product mix, cost/price, customer incentives) profit analysis, implementation, reporting and review.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for management of Enterprise Profit Models. Works with Enterprise Legal to ensure that RFPs, bids and agreements are drafted as needed. Coordinates efforts/resources to ensure priorities are met. For example participates in weekly/monthly calls and meetings with the sales and operations teams. Tracks wins, pending deals and loses.
  • Works with GPO, Non GPO, and other local contract structures. Requests sales plans utilizing mark up structures and pricing adjustments. Provide savings reports utilizing lower cost alternative products and/or contract costs.
  • Responsible for submitting RFP (request for pricing) /RFI (request for information) for our large customers. Provides sales team/customer with annualized savings report and other related requests. Works with internal departments such as upmarket Sales, Enterprise Operations, Management, Finance and Enterprise Legal to complete the process.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)-You're considered intermediate when you're familiar with how to use pivot tables, VLookup, comprehensive graphs and date functions among others.
  • Basic business math
GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic planning/organizational skills and techniques
  • Basic analysis and problem solving skills
  • Learning tools, systems, and procedures
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 0 years of professional experience; Internship experience. Typically an entry-level graduate.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $42,120 - $73,710 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
