Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Partnerships

What you'll do:
This person will be the first Account Executive on our Enterprise Partnerships team. You will be responsible for building the infrastructure and attracting top quality partnerships to set the tone for our Enterprise Partner Program.

• Manage the complete Biz-dev cycle from prospecting and qualifying through to closing
• Initiate new business partnerships and maintain existing relationships to help reach Wix Enterprise’s strategic goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase partner recruitment, development, and retention
• Research, find and recruit new potential and work to identify new ways for Wix Enterprise and its partners can build solutions together
• Present the value of our Enterprise solutions to C-level executives and other facilitators throughout the Partner organization
• Pitch Wix’s Enterprise brand to potential partners, effectively communicating the benefits and providing a clear and concise overview of our product and service offerings

Qualifications:

• Ability to consistently meet business goals and KPIs
• Technical experience a must- SaaS experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience working with Enterprise level accounts to create business partnerships
• Hunter mentality
• You’re comfortable managing high-level accounts with confidence, reaching out to top-level executives, and building lasting relationships.

We are:
Wix’s Enterprise team within our B2B group. We’re focused on managing the ongoing relationships and success of Wix’s larger customers and brands, and creating successful partnerships with top agencies that service Enterprise clients. Our team is responsible for onboarding new customers and partners, managing and implementing web-based projects, and helping customers understand and implement new features.
At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
Approximate base compensation is $140,000- $157,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
