Roles & Responsibilities
Realize Client Objectives: Identify prospects' needs and offer our top-notch service contracts and remote services.
Communicate the Vision: Present the value of partnering with us for service contracts in a compelling manner to prospective clients.
Drive Strategic Business Growth: Develop a lead generation and prospecting plan, collaborate with the Leadership Team to create new recurring revenue products and services, and secure complex multi-year contracts.
Exceed Client Expectations: Work closely with the operations department to ensure clients' requirements are not only met but exceeded, building lasting relationships and generating referrals.
Desired Skills And Experience
Demonstrated Sales Success: Proven experience in sales, specifically with recurring services and service contracts.
Disciplined Work Ethic: Your commitment and dedication set you apart.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Integrated Electronic Security Solutions, Electronic Access Control systems, CCTV, Intercoms, Turnstiles, or Alarms is a plus.
Competitive Spirit: You're motivated by challenges and financial rewards.
Quick Learner: You adapt and duplicate successful sales techniques with ease.
Self-Starter: Guiding yourself to success comes naturally to you.
Proficient: Microsoft Office applications are second nature to you, and familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, and Google is a bonus.
Education & Experience: A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of related sales experience and/or training.
