Job Description

: Our client is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Product Manager to join their team and take charge of their website optimization and site enhancements. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and executing product initiatives that enhance the overall user experience and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of the product roadmap are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives
  • Work closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and launch product features that improve the website's functionality and user experience
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for site improvements
  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and customer support teams to measure and optimize the performance of product features and user journeys
  • Define and prioritize product initiatives based on customer insights, business objectives, and data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

  • Experience with A/B testing, UX design, and agile development methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce product management, with a focus on website optimization and site enhancement
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento, and web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Proven track record of launching successful ecommerce product features and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
