Role And Responsibilities


PAX is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to manage the eCommerce platform. This individual will be responsible for driving future innovation and growth in the channel. This is a highly collaborative role across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance and will spearhead product launches, expand site features, and improve the user experience. The eComm Product Manager reports to the VP of Marketing and can be a fully remote position (in-office and hybrid models also available).


  • Lead site analytics and reporting utilizing Google Analytics, Shopify, and Power BI.
  • Manage the site CMS, including product information, metadata, and SEO information
  • Work with designers to define the look, feel, and functionality of the ecommerce experience.
  • Facilitate product roadmap through JIRA, working closely with a team of engineers.
  • Leverage first-party data, including CX outreach, to improve the site experience.
  • Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Brand Marketing on landing pages and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with Wholesale and Demand Planning on inventory allocation.
  • Coordinate with agency partners, including SEO, Programmatic, and Affiliate.


Qualifications


  • Experience with Shopify, Builder.io, and JIRA is a big plus for your candidacy.
  • 5+ years of experience driving growth within an eComm or DTC business.
  • Understanding of headless eCommerce setups and how to manage them.
  • Similarly, experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4 is a plus.
  • Data driven, with the ability to collect, analyze, and synthesize insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with remote partners.
  • Track record of documenting and launching features with limited oversight.

Compensation


In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $130-155k + equity.This pay range represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. The final pay will depend on many factors, including years and depth of experience, level, and location of the employee. We only expect to pay the top of the range in rare and exceptional circumstances, for candidates that far exceed the requirements and expectations of the position.
