Product Manager, Ecommerce Skincare

The Product Manager, Ecommerce Skincare, will manage the development and execution of all ecommerce marketing efforts in support of driving the growth of our owned online channels, SkinMedica.com and Brilliant Connections.
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Ecommerce Skincare, this role will drive the acquisition and retention marketing strategy for owned ecommerce, and will rely heavily on continuous collaboration with key stakeholders across the business including Business Technology, Customer Service, Media Planning, Alle Promotions and Public Relations. You will also manage social media strategy and execution with key outside creative agencies.
Success in the role will be driven by preserving a customer first focus, keen business acumen, the ability to be agile and accountable, and effectively manage a fast-paced business with varying channels, requiring various assets.
Specific responsibilities:
  • Manage Medical, Legal and Regulatory and financial approval process as needed
  • Partner with PR team to identify key press and influencer opportunities to drive consumer awareness and credibility
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for our Social Media agency by providing direction on content strategy and calendar, managing internal reviews, and planning post cadence
  • Define go-to-market ecommerce strategy for new innovations with compelling, differentiated product positioning and high impact launch plans.
  • Maintain an understanding of competitive landscape to properly position and differentiate our products
  • Spearhead sales, ecommerce promotions & cross portfolio promotions and programs strategy designed to drive commercial calendar milestones, brand priorities and current and future revenue objectives.
  • Partner with Media Planning and other key stakeholders to optimize campaigns and measure performance to SkinMedica.com
  • Serve as the day-to-day business operations contact for SkinMedica.com, and Brilliant Connections.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with ecommerce channels of distribution
  • 2+ years of ecommerce and marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • Preferred experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness or CPG marketing
