Job Description
At Everlane, we want the right choice to be as easy as putting on a great T-shirt. That's why we partner with ethical factories around the world. Work with high-quality and more sustainably sourced materials. And share the true cost of every product we make. But there's a lot more work to be done, and we're excited to be growing a team of motivated humans that are up for the challenge.

Product Managers are the advocate for the customer; defining problem statements and working collaboratively with stakeholders, engineering, design, and data to create simple, innovative, and performant experiences that improve customers' lives and accelerate Everlane's goals.

This Product Manager role will focus on elevating our customer's digital journey, creating a premium shopping experience. Working closely with many stakeholders across the organization including, creative, marketing, merchandising, and logistics. The ideal candidate will be able to synthesize multiple, often conflicting, viewpoints and sources of data to define, implement, and iterate on product strategy and priorities. Manage multiple products and work with the rest of the team to define the quarterly roadmap and digital strategy for the company. Product Managers have an incredible amount of responsibility; comfortable analyzing data and launching AB tests, presenting to leadership, and leading an engineering team by example with empathy. We get excited about all phases of delivering on Everlane's promise and operating a healthy, sustainable, and transparent company.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage and motivate cross-functional stakeholders to assess opportunities, define requirements for products/projects that solve customer pain points or achieve strategic objectives
  • Own the strategy and execution for customer-facing features along the Discovery, Consideration & Purchase funnels as well as internal tools that support digital merchandising strategies
  • Prioritize features based on business value and alignment to company strategies relative to effort, confidence, and risk
  • Responsible for organizing agile scrum ceremonies for a team of engineers and/or implementation consultants, breaking down requirements into technical scope, estimates, and end-to-end project plans
  • Track key metrics to assess business opportunities and measure the success of features and projects
  • Create and maintain a roadmap of shippable features, detailing the hypothesis, timeline for testing and implementation, and results to report to the product and executive teams

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • The ability to tell a compelling story that drives alignment and inspires action across various business functions within a company
  • Ability to work in JIRA with Figma experience a plus
  • Passion for the Everlane mission
  • 4+ years of experience in product management role for a consumer-facing product
  • Design-oriented eye with a demonstrated passion for retail, e-commerce, or great consumer experiences
  • Experience developing and shipping features for the e-commerce customer journeys in the Discovery, Consideration, and Purchase funnels
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and are self-motivated, and comfortable moving forward with little guidance; unafraid to make big, strategic decisions on a daily basis and comfortable justifying the decisions taken
  • A highly analytical approach to problems with experience defining KPIs, creating AB tests, and leveraging their results
  • Empathy and experience with working with coworkers from different backgrounds (e.g., engineers, designers, customer success associates, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in various phases from ideation through delivery, manage stakeholder expectations
