WHO we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Product Manager - eCommerce who will be responsible for working with some of the smartest people on the planet in defining and launching great products. You will need to have an extremely customer centric mind-set, strong analytical mind, with appetite for innovation, data-centric and can-do attitude. You will be working closely with Supply Chain and Customer Service Operations team, responsible for overall product initiatives and building tools for operational excellence in demand planning and forecasting, customer connections, My orders, self-service and chatbots.


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze content performance with an attention to improving content sales and features.
  • Write product specifications and worked with UX designers to build the Mocks related to the UI/UX enhancement across the HE PDPs.
  • Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.
  • Monitored and measured launched products and feed learnings back into product development process.
  • Work collaboratively & support the launch of the multiple projects/products launching on the same day.
  • Lead a team of designers, engineers, data scientists, marketers to launch new features, iterate improvements and streamline the operational process.
  • Assist, manage and execute daily, weekly and out of band feature release schedules, roadmaps, requirements and plans.
  • Drive site improvements to completion by coordinating with project managers, web developers, designers, marketers, and other merchandisers.
  • Work with management and other key contributors and stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize opportunities and develop a proper product strategy.

  • Define and deliver innovative and intuitive experiences across multiple promotions, using the best design thinking principles and incorporating the creative technological solution.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.
  • Run analytical reports on new and existing features and campaign performance.
  • Make thoughtful decisions on the fly, constantly clearing roadblocks to get the product live.
  • Work closely with cross functional business, category management, site-merchandising, marketing, customer service and product/engineering team to execute promotional campaigns and new feature development.
  • Coordinate with internal groups and HQ to coordinate application, promotions and feature changes.
  • Work closely with Front-end and Mobile App product Managers to build longer term roadmap based on key learnings on promotions and other consumer-facing operations.
  • Manage day to day operational development activities for the Home Electronics eCommerce platform (Agile development) in JIRA and ensure timely delivery.


Required Experience and Education:

  • 3+ years of experience delivering highly successful and innovative consumer Internet products.
  • Experience of UI/UX is a plus.
  • Having prior experience on the consumer electronics eCommerce space is a huge plus, especially in the supply chain management, order management and customer service operations space.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.


Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
