We're currently seeking a talented Ecommerce Performance Acquisition Manager of multi-channel acquisition marketing experience to manage and execute customer acquisition activities across various channels.
As our Ecommerce Performance Acquisition Manager, The ideal candidate will have experience managing large media budgets and multi-channel paid marketing campaigns. The role requires hands-on experience in marketing platforms such as Facebook and/or Google Ads.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets and possess strong Google Analytics and MS Office/ Excel skills.
They will be able to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and possess strong project management, attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small mentality.
They must be able to work both as a team member and independently, and be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are also a must.
Responsibilities for this role include overseeing the management of all direct revenue driving channels, analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement, and developing and maintaining key performance metric reports that track the efficacy of implemented strategies.
The Ecommerce Performance Acquisition Manager will work cross-functionally with internal creative and site teams to execute key initiatives and to ensure they produce a high volume of assets to ensure a high frequency of testing.
They will also clearly communicate results to executives and other marketing team members, succinctly articulating the drivers of over/underperformance.
The Ecommerce Performance Acquisition Manager will wholly own the day-to-day strategy and management of our acquisition marketing programs and manage overall affiliate marketing budget for all brands. They will facilitate the set-up of digital accounts and assist in the implementation or troubleshooting of relevant technical or development tasks. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Director of Acquisition Marketing to ensure best practices are applied to all brands and campaigns in the full portfolio.
We offer a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, with actual salary determined based on candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors.
This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits. Hybrid work approach from our Brooklyn, NY office.
