Job Summary

The role will partner with Data Center Business Unit to ensure delivery of end-to-end application solutions aligned to the business and engineering strategy, as well as the support of those applications. Works with business groups to define their global roadmaps. Runs projects from inception to completion within global teams.

Responsibilities

Business Requirements Analysis: Requirements gathering, refinement, write user stories and facilitate conversations. Translate business requirements into functional solution design options and collaborate with the development teams to ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered as desired.

Solution Design: Participates in the solution design process and documentation, in collaboration with project and business teams. Work closely with team spread across globally and should possess superb communication skill.

Documentation: Participates in creation of project results, as guided by project drivers

Testing & Test Design: Build and run application functional test plans and test cases from use cases for requirements traceability and systems testing. Supports test execution, and reporting using tools like Jira. Configures and tests systems based on scripts.

Project Management: Assess the risks of various solutions and join sprint planning, dailies, review and retrospectives.

Day to Day Support (Production Support): Supports and learns the basics of issue triage, fix, reporting and response standards.

Training and development: End User Support and Training

Qualifications

· 1+ year of experience in system analysis. Bachelors in information systems, Business or related field

· Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
