Proficient skill in cartography as well as coordinate systems and projections

Experience working with ArcGIS Mobile applications, including Survey123, Collector, and Field Maps

Experience working in ArcGIS Online and enterprise portal environment

Hands-on knowledge of user experience design and interest in interaction design, visual design, prototyping, user research, and usability testing
