About the Role

As a Java Developer in our Early Career Development Program, you will design and develop new features, products, and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design and coding.
• Write technical specifications and requirements definitions based on user inputs, conceptual design and stated business requirements.
• Consult with business operations and end-users to document, update, and refine user manus, product guides, and data sheets.

• Maintain existing codes, support, document, and test bug fixes and enhancement.
• Analyze software failures to find root causes of errors and devise fixes to pre-empt similar faults in the future.
• Participate in the design and development of new features & bug fixes of products.
• Server as tier 1 to 3 technical support on O&M projects.

Requirements

• Course works with hands-on programming projects using any modern programming languages like Java, React JS, familiar with OOA/OOD design and development, Cloud concepts
• Shows interest in learning the business process and coding
• Inspired to pursue an accelerated career path in information technology.
• Follow and track, attention to detail in tracking work items and in resolving software defects
• Good oral and written communication skills
• BS in any STEM majors

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $75,000.
