Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Procurement Analyst based out of Dallas, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

• Reviews procurement/planning systems.
• Extracts and analyzes data from multiple sources.
• Coordinates schedule changes with procurement for contractual changes to purchase orders and supplier incorporation.
• Measures key performance indicators.
• Prepares reports.
• Reviews schedules, creates plans and/or policies for execution of procurement activities.
• Documents and participates in the implementation of lean improvements.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Dallas, TX or any of the listed locations. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.

• 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Tableau
• Able to work in a collaborative work environment
• 3+ Years experience in supply chain

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working in cross functional teams
• Experience working in a Procurement role with large data sets
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience

Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Summary pay range: $81,600 - $110,400
