Early Career, Business Analyst

About the Role

As a Business Analyst in our Early Career Development Program, you will be consulting with business operations and end-users.

Early Career Development Program

Looking for an opportunity to fast-track your career? Our two-year, non-rotational Early Career Development Program goes beyond entry-level jobs. We offer structured orientation, one week of in-person training, technical and professional training, team building, virtual social events, executive-level exposure, and mentorship to help you achieve your career goals.

We are seeking highly motivated candidates with a strong work ethic, adaptability, a positive attitude, initiative, and a hunger for learning and taking on new challenges. Regardless of your prior experience, we want you to possess a can-do attitude and be committed to your personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Consulting with business operations and end-users to create, document, and update datasets.
  • Participating in the full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design and development
  • Working closely with development, architecture, and Design teams to define user interfaces
  • Maintaining existing codes, support, document, and test bug fixes and enhancement.
  • Developing functional specifications and requirements definitions based on user inputs, conceptual design and stated business rules
  • Creating mapping documents for various interfaces and include business rules, transformation, and DB mapping.
  • Analyzing software failures to find root causes of errors

Requirements
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Show an interest to pursue an accelerated career path in information technology.
  • Display experience working with raw data, SQL, Excel, and PowerBI
  • Able to multitask between internal team and clients based on priority tasks
  • Have Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Have good system and/or data analytics skills
  • Be capable to think out of the box to create new solution
