Documentation Specialist Jobs

Akkodis is seeking a Documentation Specialist for a position a remote opportunity.

Pay/Salary Range: $50-65hr

Their primary role is to ensure that accurate and effective documentation is produced and maintained to support the organization's goals, processes, and communication needs.

Document Creation: create a variety of documents around process guides, and more. Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and then convert that information into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand documents.

Formatting and Layout: Ensure that documents are well-formatted and have a consistent layout, making them visually appealing and easy to navigate.

Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and create comprehensive and effective documentation.

Continuous Improvement: Seeking feedback from users and stakeholders and implementing necessary changes.

Migration and Conversion: May be responsible for migrating existing documentation to new systems and formats.
