Documentation Control Specialist Jobs

The primary function of the individual is to be a subject matter expert in regard to documentation processes. Individual must maintain an effective document control process, ensuring that all manufacturing and testing documentation is accurate, meets quality specifications and applicable customer specifications; keeping documents up to date and accurately distributed to relevant parties while meeting production demands.
Requirements

• Manage files to ensure current revisions are available.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.
• Contribute towards improving data collection and data maintenance methods from the various systems utilized.
• Create document change orders to modify parts, assemblies, and BOM documentation.
• Check accuracy of part entries, BOMs, and revisions in documentation systems.
• Interact with appropriate departments to resolve documentation compliance discrepancies.
