Billing Specialist Jobs

Job Summary: Processing Daily mail and correspondences; F/U on unpaid claims and working w/ others to ensure proper payment. Investigating patient accounts, resolving denials. Fielding phone calls from patients, providers offices, and insurance companies. Able to work well others. Minimum Qualifications: 2-3 years of Medical Billing. Must be able to work independently as well as be part of a team. Will consider education and experience. Some understanding and knowledge of Government insurances as well as commercial insurance billing. Preferred Qualifications: EPIC knowledge; some EMR experience; some understanding of CPT codes as well as ICD-10 Radiology billing or other medical billing experience preferred. Work Days: M-F daytime hours. Able to pick your hours between 7am - 5pm. Remote work available 2-days a week.
