Job Description

The Ghezzi Law Firm PLLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Document Reviewer | Administrative Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in reviewing and managing legal documents while providing administrative assistance to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized system for document management, including tracking and categorizing files.
  • Assist in maintaining client files, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to resolve document-related issues and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
  • Perform general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
  • Identify and highlight any inconsistencies, errors, or missing information in the documents.
  • Review and analyze legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
  • Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and redirect calls as necessary.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in document review or legal administrative support is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and document types is preferred.
