Qa Examiner - Ryze Reviewer Network

We are hiring Part-Time QA Examiners to join our growing company. This is perfect for someone looking for an opportunity to earn additional income on nights and weekends. This role will support the organization’s mission to provide superb service and attention to our clients’ most important assets, their customers. The QA Examiner will ensure a quality product is delivered to our client in a timely and professional manner by working alongside our field services staff and department coworkers. This position is responsible for performing quality assurance reviews, following specific client estimating guidelines, and ensuring all estimates/reports are technically accurate.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Confirm all appropriate file documentation is included for completion of the review process.
• Understand and follow all Best-Practices guidelines to ensure that all client expectations are met.
• Ability to work with Xactimate/Xactanalysis and collaborate on estimates.
• Maintain contact with field adjusters to ensure timely inspection and estimate/report submissions.
• All other related duties as assigned.
• Review adjuster reports and estimates to ensure estimates are technically accurate and meet appropriate industry guidelines and standards for repair.
• Respond timely and appropriately to follow-ups/requests for the client, as required.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and appropriate application of coverage.

Qualifications

• Collaboration on estimates required.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Two plus years of related property claim handling experience.
• Decision making skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures
• Proficient computer & typing skills - working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
• Analytical and proactive claim handling skills.
• Xactimate/Xactanalysis estimating platform experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication is a must.
