Job Description


Job Summary:


The Document Administrator (temp) will assist with construction document management on a 6-month contract duration. The ideal candidate is expected to pro-actively work with Li-Cycle’s site construction document management teams.


We are seeking a talented, motivated, and top performer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a driven individual with high attention to detail and organization, and a positive “can-do” attitude.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • As needed, arrange, and attend meetings, including recording, writing, and issuing of minutes
  • Maintain printed record copies of project documents for the Li-Cycle construction management team
  • Print/plot up to date sets of project documents for use by the Li-Cycle construction management team
  • Organize electronic and printed project documents from suppliers, consultants, and contractors
  • Review project documents for administrative accuracy such as proper titles, revisions, and dates
  • Provide administrative and document management support to Li-Cycle’s North America Hub project team
  • Assist with record keeping of construction permit documents, including trips to the Town of Greece building department for delivery of official printed documents


Job Qualifications:


  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
  • Working knowledge of general office equipment
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Data entry experience
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Minimum of 2 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience


Work Conditions:


  • Some travel may be required
  • Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
  • Construction office environment
  • Outdoor construction site expected with proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
