Construction Administrator Jobs

Kith is seeking a Construction Administrator to assist the construction team with budget management.

Responsibilities

• Aids estimating team as needed including potential bid opportunities and bid preparation.
• Respond, issue, and maintain RFI’s through RFI control log.
• Establishes and maintains basic project control logs.
• Track all invoices and contract documents against construction project budgets.
• Maintain accurate project records and organize all project-related documents.
• Acts as a liaison and coordinates administrative activities between field management, other departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other parties including regulatory and municipal/state agencies.
• Prepare all notice to owners, certificates of insurance, and AIA billings for projects.
• Ensure construction schedules remain on time, and communicate all changes to schedule to appropriate internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience managing budgets in the retail/construction space
• Preferred knowledge of CAD drafting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience must include brick and mortar retail
