Overview Document Administrators are responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining documents for an organization. They ensure that documents are properly stored, organized, and updated in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Document Administrators also provide support to other departments in the organization by providing access to documents and information. Detailed Job Description Document Administrators are responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining documents for an organization. They ensure that documents are properly stored, organized, and updated in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Document Administrators also provide support to other departments in the organization by providing access to documents and information. Document Administrators are responsible for creating and maintaining document databases, filing systems, and other document management systems. They also ensure that documents are properly stored, organized, and updated in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in document management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of document management systems and software
• Knowledge of document filing systems and procedures
