BODYARMOR is looking for a Director of Supply Chain Planning to join our team.

The Director of Supply Chain Planning for BODYARMOR will lead the activities related to the demand planning, production planning, inventory planning and raw material planning. You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You are accountable for and lead multiple, highly complex projects, as well as the planning strategy and vision and drive planning execution to enable business value and productivity. The key objectives in this role are to step-change the S&OP process to deliver world-class performance to maximize revenue, reduce costs and inventory, while achieving top tier customer service and continuously improve planning processes to drive better business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive clear and concise communication of key insights from the planning process (inventory levels, cost, future risks etc.) to senior leadership as appropriate
• Collaborate with the Business Planning team to lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and drive maturity and continuous improvement by working with other functional leaders
• Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identify opportunities for improvement
• Lead Supply Planning in shaping monthly constrained supply plans collaboratively with our co-manufacturers and the finance organization, ensuring a collaborative approach to managing external vendors and negotiating supply demands as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives
• Implement process improvements that will maximize service and minimize cost both internally and externally
• Implement policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations and support both long-term and short-term objectives
• Develop and implement processes to ensure effective interfaces between consensus plan, supply plan, production schedule, raw material plan and deployment plans to drive optimal inventory levels across all dimensions
• Lead BODYARMOR’s supply chain planning organization driving strategy and processes, accountable for inventory levels, service levels, end-to-end supply chain cost and strategic planning initiatives to meet strategic organizational objectives
• Provide strategic cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations and Customers/Bottlers/Co-Packers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• 8+ years in a Supply Planning Leadership role required
• Willingness to travel by both car and plane as required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Strategic Planning and Execution, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Raw Material Planning, Production Scheduling required
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $175,000 annually

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
