7+ years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years of supply chain management experience

Possess a broad range of responsibilities critical to efficient utilization of resources and materials to achieve and sustain service level targets

Preferred experience with Danaher Materials Systems

Conduct performance analysis to adjust strategies and execution as necessary

Lead all Danaher Material Systems activities on site.

B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in supply chain, or life science degree

Direct overall supply chain including purchasing, selection of vendors, materials planning, inventory management, warehouse management, shop floor management and logistics

Strong understanding of MRP, Inventory Control and Work Order Management in a manufacturing environment

Inventory Management - overall goal is continued reductions without negatively impacting customer fill rate.

Oversee management of parameters and settings for MRP to optimize customer fill rates and inventory.

Manage the various vendor relationships to produce the service level requirement to support supply chain requirements

Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, supply chain, or related field is required, advanced degree preferred

Track record of working and leading in matrix organization and influencing across multi-site, multi-function program teams

ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) CPM, CPIM APICS or other industry certifications preferred

Material cost management, supplier on-time delivery and supplier quality are key success factors.

Manage the Supply Chain Management departmental annual budget. Be aware and sensitive to company spending and take necessary action as appropriate.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related mechanical degree

MBA or other advanced degree related to responsibilities preferred

Ten (10) or more years of Supply Chain Management experience required. Skin Care, Personal Care, Beauty or Pharmaceutical industry experience.

Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Finance, systems implementation experience, preferred.

Mentor and develop a team of managers and planners.

Actively manage inventory levels across several international locations.

Three (3) or more years of experience managing a team of direct reports including staffing and performance development, required.

Experience managing supply chains in an omni-channel environment, including D2C, B2B, and Ecommerce is strongly preferred

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee demand planning processes to accurately forecast sales, manage inventory levels, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Proven experience in senior supply chain leadership roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
