Salary: $170-185k

Location: Westchester County, NY

Company Profile: A CPG organization specializing in OTC products is looking to add a Supply Planning Director to their team. This person will be responsible for supply planning, inventory management, and forecasting activities for all products globally. These activities include managing and training a team of direct reports, developing and maintaining forecast policies and procedures; S&OP process; finished goods production planning; inventory management. This role contributes to the company’s success by achieving target service level goals, target inventory levels, forecast accuracy, launching new products on time, and improving processes and systems

The Supply Planning Director will Be Responsible For the Following:

• Responsible for monthly planning cycle, including S&OP process with their CMO’s and internal site
• Communicates to senior management, in advance, potential supply chain interruptions along with possible solutions
• Forecasting, master production scheduling, and inventory management for all brands
• Maintain and improve KPI’s including service level, forecast accuracy, and inventory levels
• Working with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Project Management, NPD, Packaging Development, Sourcing, etc.
• Recommend and execute processes and system improvements

The Supply Planning Director Should Have the Following Qualifications:

• Expertise in managing S&OP process
• 10+ years experience, preferably in a FDA regulated pharmaceutical or OTC environment
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure is necessary to be successful in this role
• Expertise with SAP required

This is a full time permanent position that will be a hybrid role (Tuesday-Thursday on site, Monday and Friday from home)
