Demonstrated leadership experience in at least one or more of the following areas: Supply Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations

Beauty products manufacturing experience (color cosmetics highly preferred) for FG sourcing

5+ years of experience in retail planning, inventory management, and analytics, preferably in the eCommerce fashion industry

Experience with inventory management software and tools, NetSuite preferred

Manage the forecasting and demand planning process to ensure appropriate inventory levels and reduce excess inventory

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across departments and with external partners

Normally requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture or Business (or equivalent) and at least 6-10 years of diversified experience.

In lieu of this, 10+ years of experience across the industry.

Experience across the Food & Beverage project sector is preferred.

Conducts research and surveys to determine promising areas of development. Establishes and maintains numerous contacts within and outside the industry.

Negotiates and finalizes agreements with clients to ensure an equitable and profitable business relationship.

Acts as sponsor during project execution.

Familiarity with or experience in the field of laboratory, medical equipment planning, material management, hospital buyer, healthcare planning, or biomedical engineering.

Assists in project management, client relationships and client retention as/when needed

Knowledgeable in market research, industry news, and technology trends; capable of translating insights into POVs and sharing with relevant teams.

Experience with machine learning, automation, NLP, and cross-functional collaboration with technology partners.

Deep marketplace experience, preferably in the jobs space.

7+ years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years of supply chain management experience

Possess a broad range of responsibilities critical to efficient utilization of resources and materials to achieve and sustain service level targets

Preferred experience with Danaher Materials Systems

Conduct performance analysis to adjust strategies and execution as necessary

Lead all Danaher Material Systems activities on site.

B.S. or B.A. required, preferably in supply chain, or life science degree

Forecasting, master production scheduling, and inventory management for all brands

Working with cross functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Project Management, NPD, Packaging Development, Sourcing, etc.

Communicates to senior management, in advance, potential supply chain interruptions along with possible solutions

10+ years experience, preferably in a FDA regulated pharmaceutical or OTC environment

Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure is necessary to be successful in this role

The Supply Planning Director Should Have the Following Qualifications:

Facilitates the management of all design drawing sets.

Manage the design process during the Design Review Meetings (DRM) with the Design/Space Planning team, including active feedback on layouts.

Directly manage the Architects of Record

Manage all construction drawing sets.

Manage the design professionals through any planning and zoning.

Manage the building permit process for all projects.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Proficient in using supply chain management software and systems

Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment

5+ years experience in supply chain strategic planning with a focus on demand and supply planning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Director of Planning Should Have the Following Qualifications:

Strong coordination and Project Management skills

Manages global crisis, supply disruption and/or allocation & monitors volumes

Develops process and systems as required to manage and monitor the end-to-end supply chain for defined products.

Bachelor’s degree with preference for Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance.

Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience; preference for global supply planning and/or site/ manufacturing experience

Ten (10) or more years of Supply Chain Management experience required. Skin Care, Personal Care, Beauty or Pharmaceutical industry experience.

Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, Finance, systems implementation experience, preferred.

Mentor and develop a team of managers and planners.

Actively manage inventory levels across several international locations.

Three (3) or more years of experience managing a team of direct reports including staffing and performance development, required.

Experience managing supply chains in an omni-channel environment, including D2C, B2B, and Ecommerce is strongly preferred

In-depth knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes, including demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication, supplier performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee demand planning processes to accurately forecast sales, manage inventory levels, and minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Proven experience in senior supply chain leadership roles within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Sophisticated analytics skills and experience using digital tools such as: AnyLogic, Python, PowerApps or similar

Manage performance of the team to achieve Novelis North America’s target in EHS, Customer Centricity, Operational Excellence, Quality and ROCE

15+ years of total experience in Supply Chain or related field

SAP or other integrated ERP system experience

Previous experience working with greenfield operations and joint ventures

Strong warehousing and inventory management experience.

18 years of relevant experience in global supply chain management.

Supervises members of the planning team implementing market dynamics, forecasting, and supply planning, and management information systems team.

7-10+ years of relevant supply chain management experience, ideally in omni-channel and retail environments

Experience managing the holistic supply chain network, including replenishment, supply planning, inventory management, and supplier performance management.

Strong project management skills, including stakeholder‐, timeline‐, and meeting management skills; demonstrated excellence in managing internal customers.
