Some of the Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective health and safety policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction in all matters related to environmental, health and safety.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
• Develop and Lead Environmental Health and Safety Culture with growing restoration company!
• Promote a positive safety culture by fostering open communication, encouraging employee involvement, and recognizing achievements in health and safety.
• Investigate accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases to determine their root causes and develop preventive measures.

Qualifications:

• 5-7+ years of proven experience in a health and safety leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a Health and Safety/ Environmental Science related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as an EHS Manager in a construction related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in developing and implementing health and safety programs and policies.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and accident investigation techniques.
