Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead recruiting efforts for a fast-growing company! Incredible growth opportunities, great company culture, excellent compensation, and tremendous support.


Responsibilities


  • Supports the continued development of the Employee Value Proposition informing employment branding, outreach, networking, and relationship-building potential candidate communities and talent pools
  • Develops and executes new and progressive recruiting models, methodologies, and strategies
  • Enables the development and use of tools and processes to track effectiveness and manage TA efforts.
  • Partners with senior leads, HR, stakeholders, and TA team to develop long and short-term recruitment strategies
  • Oversees development and interpretation of robust analytics, regularly shares metrics to demonstrate progress toward recruiting goals;


Qualifications


  • Strong knowledge of federal and state laws that affect HR hiring policies and procedures (OFCCP, EEOC, FLSA, FMLA, ADA)
  • BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Psychology, etc...
  • Strong Excel prowess
  • 10+ years of experience being in charge of talent acquisition (5 years of management experience)
  • SHRM certification is a plus
  • Experience in electrical, mechanical, and information systems engineering; construction, or mission-critical;
