5+ years work experience in leadership, management, and organizational development

Manage the student post-graduation experience and step in for as-needed escalations.

7+ years work experience across sales, business development, and/or partnerships functions

You’re passionate about building teams, continuous improvement, and delivering excellence.

You get excited about the future, growth, and trying new things.

You have a strong professional network and enjoy activating it.

Strong territory management skills, blue printing, developing successful business plans and strategies, executing sales and marketing plans.

Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events, and provide educational programs

Be available as needed on nights and weekends to manage and support your business.

Experience in health care, home care, facilities, hospice, RN, LPN, Social Work, and senior placement experience is a plus.

Excellent oral & written communication skills.

Minimum two years’ experience in healthcare, home care, placement, or a related field.
