Job Description

Director of Human Resources-Loyalty Rewards Program

Vaco is conducting a confidential search in partnership with a top South Florida company with a proven track record of excellent customer service, award winning culture and highly profitable Fortune 500 status.

  • World class company is seeking a HR Director responsible for the management and direction of strategic initiatives and handling of a team of skilled HR Generalists to ensure proper practices and standards including Recruitment, Onboarding, Staff retention strategies, employee engagement, staff development, comp, payroll, staff compliance and employment legal matters.
  • Will work as strategy cohort to executive teams for Human Resources business objectives and goals & objectives regionally.
  • Provides oversight on complex employment matters to manage nuanced relationships, increase the positive perception of employees within the organization leading to retaining employees and fostering a great place to work.
  • The HR Director guides mentorship objectives and employee strategic metrics for success along with guidance on risk management and proper interpretation of human resources policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors in Human Resources, MBA is nice-to-have
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR leadership capacity
  • Experience with workers union highly desired
  • Employment law and compliance detailed understanding
  • Comprehensive experience across multiple Human Resources Business Units impactful of all areas of the organization
  • SHRM certification strong nice to have
  • Experience at an organization that offers customers Loyalty Rewards/Total Rewards Programs
  • Experience providing HR Leadership at an organization with highly developed HR Functions ideally 10,000+ employees
  • Bilingual is highly preferred


COMPENSATION | BENEFITS:

SALARY:

  • (150,000-170,000/Year) please note: final salary number provided within the given range will depend wholly on years of experience and transferable skillset and job qualifications.
