Salary: 120k - 150k

• Additionally, responds to insurance and unemployment compensation, maintains the worker's compensation program and is the Corporate Compliance Liaison and Staff Development Coordinator for the facility.
• The Human Resources Director (HRD) is responsible for executing Human Resource activities at the facility for all functional areas, (e.g., recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management on all HR–related activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Current SPHR/PHR certification is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.

Experience:

• A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Human Resources.
• A minimum of two years’ experience working in Human Resources within a healthcare setting highly preferred.
• Must have previous Supervisory or Director-Level experience.
