Job Description

VeraSafe is a growing successful U.S. headquartered multinational privacy and cybersecurity compliance consulting firm. Beyond the U.S., we also have a presence in multiple European countries and in South Africa. Due to our growth, VeraSafe is seeking an exceptional head of administration to support our remote team. The successful candidate will have a strong background and knowledge in administration, and will be a trusted advisor to the business.

We have always been and will continue to be a remote team. We collaborate closely (you won’t feel like you’re working in isolation). We do top-notch work for interesting clients, yet we pride ourselves on recognizing that our team members also have lives outside of work. The successful candidate will report directly to the company president and will have two full-time direct reports; one located in the U.S. and the other located in South Africa.


Representative Responsibilities of the Head of Administration

  • Oversee the management of customer records through CRM updates
  • Oversee a variety of other administrative oriented tasks and duties as assigned
  • Provide responsive support to colleagues using our project management, CRM, and accounting applications
  • Finalize proposals in support of new client acquisition
  • Answer occasional live chats, emails, and phone calls from prospects
  • Ensure invoices are drafted correctly
  • Oversee the execution of final reports for our consulting engagements
  • Manage and ensure the high-functioning of VeraSafe’s Administration Department
