Position Overview
As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be critical in the organization's financial management team. This position oversees and optimizes the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and operations. Your primary focus will be on strategic decision-making, financial analysis, and ensuring the financial health and success of the organization.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
  • KRA 1: Direct and lead the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives:
    • Support the continuous development and implementation of strategic and financial planning and analysis projects, best practices, and process improvements
    • Responsible for analyzing organizational budgets and performing periodic planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting
    • Conduct financial modeling and analysis for strategic decision making

Job Qualifications
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to derive valuable insights from complex financial data
  • Proven experience building strong relationships with business partners across functions, and utilizing ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics F&O D365
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with financial reporting/accounting concepts
  • Extensive knowledge of and ability to build and adapt financial models, including connected three-statement financial models
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial function of a company, required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including financial reporting and presentations
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and cross-functional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, required
Location Requirement:
  • This position is based in Phoenix, AZ. Candidates are expected to either reside in the Phoenix area or be able to travel to Phoenix for a duration of two weeks every month.
