Director Of Strategic Corporate Finance Jobs

8-10 + years (preferrably within infrastructure, or comparable renewable energy industry) experience in strategic/corporate finance, strategic planning, and/or corporate development/M&A.

2-3 years of renewables company experience with deep understanding of organizational structure, business model, and companies assets and liabilities

Strong presentation, communicatoin and leadership skills and experience.

Co-manage near and mid-term corporate liquidity, and related monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables

Manage long-term Capital Planning/Business Strategy and Valuation and Investment Performance

Technical bachelor's degree (finance, engineering, or renewables); MBA strongly encouraged

Prior experience working in growth stage venture capital companies, investment banking or management consulting required.

Implement rolling quarterly forecasting and track and manage forecast versions

Manage all investor relations and develop and support Executive and Board presentations based on findings, insights, and financial data

Minimum: 7-12 years of experience

Excellent excel / modeling skills and familiarity with GSuite products

Knowledge of Tableau for reporting

Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, with a focus on strategic finance, financial planning, and analysis.

Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop finance teams.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals as needed, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.

Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, including financial due diligence.

5-7 years of relevant finance experience, preferably having started in private equity, venture, or investment banking

Reporting to the CEO, you will contribute significantly to the financial management of our organization.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively convey financial insights to diverse audiences

Skilled in creating and evolving systems and structures

10 years of experience in Finance in Retail, Healthcare or a multi-unit consumer facing service industry are required.

Be an active member of the MVH Finance team, partnering across functions to drive an engaged and cohesive finance function
