Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

10-15 years of progressive financial experience including strong corporate FP&A, leading and developing teams of 5+ members

Ability to effectively present information, written and verbally to all areas of the company including senior leadership

Possess 5-10 years of managerial experience, particularly within the Financial and FinTech Industries.

Command a robust financial and accounting background encompassing Profit and Loss (P/L), balance sheet, and cash flow management.

Familiarity with financial management software and systems implementation is beneficial.

Lead negotiations and contracts with vendors, PaaS partners, client meetings, investor meetings, internal finance and cross-function meetings, standing meetings etc.

Manage SOC2, accounting integration work streams etc.

Preferred certifications include CPA, CFA, and CMA, with an MBA as an asset

5+ years of experience in renewable project finance/tax equity modelling required.

Lead and manage all the debt and tax equity models throughout project lifecycle – development/acquisition/construction/operations and refinancing.

Manage relationships with rating agencies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting or related field preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deal effectively at all levels within the organization.

Proven analytical abilities, well-developed communication and organizational skills, and keen attention to detail are vital to this role.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar certification and renewable energy experience are beneficial but not required.

The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams located in different time zones and jurisdictions is of great importance.

Annual Base Salary: $120,000 to $165,000.
