Manage new employee stipend and loan repayment programs.

Strong leadership and facilitation skills with clear ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including Executives.

Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems and online Performance Management tools

Drive and oversee the innovation of a streamlined recruiting process that results in superior candidate and hiring leader experience.

Oversee the coordination of Team Member onboarding activities and implement creative ways to enhance and solicit feedback on the onboarding experience.

Demonstrated knowledge with various sourcing strategies including but not limited to social networking, industry association, military, campus relations

Proven experience in Agency contract recruitment, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology or IT sectors.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.

Proficiency in billing processes, financial management, and contract negotiation.

Develop team members' skills, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Manage and nurture existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.

Train and support hiring managers and the Talent team on their respective responsibilities

Manage clear consistent communication systems with candidates and among hiring managers and the Talent team, particularly during hiring season

Manage data tracking systems to assess the health of the Talent pipeline and recommend or make adjustments as needed
